I’m coming over here from the Dubai Tech Forum. We’ve been discussing smart investments and a lot of us in the tech community are buying property here, but we are constantly traveling or working remotely.

I need a verified, highly-rated service to handle the legal side of my apartment rental. I am currently in Singapore and I can't fly back just to sign a tenancy contract or deal with DEWA.

Hi all,

I'm in a bit of a tight spot and need some advice. I have several important court documents (related to a case) that need to be translated into Arabic for official submission to the courts in Dubai.

My biggest concern is ensuring the translation is 100% accurate and, crucially, that it will be accepted by the authorities. I've heard that translations can be rejected if they aren't done by a properly accredited translator.

Can anyone recommend a reliable legal translation company in Dubai that is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Justice and has proven experience specifically with court documents? Speed is also a factor. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Help Needed! Sorting Dubai POA & Maybe Will from Abroad?

Hi everyone,

I'm an expat living outside the UAE but own an apartment and have a bank account in Dubai. I need to appoint someone trustworthy there using a Power of Attorney (POA) to manage things for me, but the process looks really confusing, especially doing it from overseas.

Can anyone recommend a reliable company in Dubai that specialises in handling POAs for non-residents? I need someone who understands the whole attestation process. Also, while I'm sorting this, I've been thinking I should probably get a Will sorted for my Dubai assets too. Do companies that handle POAs often help with things like Wills for expats as well?

Any advice on reliable service providers or the general process for handling these legal documents from abroad would be really appreciated!
